Jurnal Manajemen terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yakni setiap <strong>Mei</strong> dan <strong>November</strong>, dan telah terbit dalam bentuk cetak (buku) dan elektronik (PDF).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Jurnal ini mempunyai misi untuk mendorong pengembangan praktik dan teori manajemen di Indonesia melalui penyebarluasan temuan-temuan hasil riset di bidang sains dan kasus manajemen.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Sebagai jurnal akses terbuka, Jurnal Manajemen menerbitkan artikel penelitian, artikel review, dan studi kasus tentang kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, pemasaran, perilaku konsumen, manajemen keuangan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, bisnis, dan manajemen strategik. Kami mendorong pembaca dan penulis untuk mengirimkan manuskrip mereka yang berisi ide atau kontribusi orisinal tentang topik-topik tersebut. Setiap naskah diterbitkan setelah direview dan dianggap layak oleh <em>Reviewer</em> dan <em>Editor</em>.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan harus telah lulus uji plagiarisme Turnitin dengan dua syarat, pertama indeks kesamaan maksimal adalah 20% dan kedua, kesamaan maksimal dengan suatu sumber tidak mencapai 5%. This study aims to analyze key bibliometric indicators to uncover trends, influential contributors, and thematic developments in SME performance research. Using 7,494 articles indexed in the Scopus database (1988–November 2024), the study reveals a 20.52% annual growth rate in publications. The Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development emerges as the most productive journal, while Lubatkin et al.'s 2006 work on ambidexterity is the most globally cited. Thematic analysis identifies innovation, sustainability, and strategic management as pivotal themes, with digital transformation and big data analytics gaining prominence in recent years. Collaboration networks highlight significant contributions from the UK, China, and Indonesia, emphasizing global partnerships. "This study aims to understand the relationship between herding behavior, risk perception, and financial literacy towards college student investment decisions in Palembang. The exploratory quantitative approach was used in this study and the respondents were student of the Faculty of Business and Accounting (FBA) in Palembang. The sample were 100 respondents with purposive sampling method. For data collection in this research using survey techniques. This analysis uses Smart PLS software 4.0 for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). This method includes two parts: the measurement system (outer model) and the structural system (inner model). The data revealed that financial literacy and risk perception significantly and positively influence students’ investment choices, while herding behavior positively but insignificant influence on students’ investment decisions. Improving understanding of financial concepts can lead to more informed decision-making on investments.
