Konsep <strong>"Sosial"</strong> menyoroti pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam setiap aspek pengabdian, menjadikan partisipasi aktif mereka sebagai fondasi bagi solusi yang relevan. Bagian <strong>"Bisnis"</strong> fokus pada keberlanjutan ekonomi, mempertimbangkan peran inovasi dalam menciptakan pertumbuhan yang seimbang dan berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, dimensi <strong>"Lingkungan"</strong> menekankan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dalam konteks bisnis dan ekonomi. Jurnal ini menjadi arena kolaborasi lintas disiplin ilmu, mengundang kontribusi penelitian dari berbagai perspektif untuk menghasilkan solusi konkret terhadap tantangan kompleks yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. This initiative aims to assist fish farmers in effectively utilizing digital media to sell their products and connect with a broader customer base. The implementation strategy involves social integration, skills development, and hands-on experience, scheduled for a full day (8 hours) on July 18, 2025. The program will engage 20 fish farmers and local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The approach includes using smartphones to capture photos and videos that promote fishery products. The results of the activity revealed a significant 65% increase in the digital literacy of the participants, particularly in their abilities to take pictures, edit content, and publish on social media platforms. Participants began to modify their digital marketing strategies by uploading content more frequently and producing higher-quality media. The business initially faced challenges such as low follower growth, inconsistent content production, and fluctuating customer visits. The assistance program adopted a systematic approach consisting of structured mentoring sessions, digital literacy training, strategic content planning, and collaboration with local influencers. Over four months, the initiative produced notable outcomes, the Instagram account’s reach, a key indicator of brand awareness increased by 1,448%, follower growth rose steadily by 3.9%, and engagement rates remained high, with 69–90% of content views coming from non-followers. These findings demonstrate that a comprehensive and method-based social media mentoring model can significantly improve MSME brand visibility and stimulate meaningful audience interaction. This community service program aims to provide technical guidance on the utilization of an IoT-based Smart Feeding Fish Automatic system designed to automate fish feeding processes and enable remote monitoring of feed conditions. The system employs a microcontroller integrated with an Android smartphone, allowing users to set feeding schedules and control the device according to specific operational needs.
