PENGARUH SELF-LEADERSHIP, SELF-EFFICACY DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA (Studi pada Independent Bussines Owner PT. AMWAY Indonesia di Semarang, Jawa Tengah)

Abstract

The success of someone in the MLM network is very dependent on the number of members in the group or network of the down line. Therefore, with existence of development process of this network, as an MLM distributor must to have ability of self-leadership, self-efficacy and as well as motivation is inside. Data collected with questionnaire method. Data analyze technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Empirical finding indicate that self-leadership have direct influence to self-efficacy. Then self-efficacy influence to performance through motivation was bigger than self-efficacy influence to performance.
